Terms of use

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute an app, except where law allows it.
• Use an app to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
• Interfere with an app's security, or try to access parts of it you shouldn't.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are made through the App Store and are governed by your agreement with Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, which you can do at any time in your Apple Account settings.

Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Some apps sell consumable credits. Used consumable credits cannot be restored as a previous purchase. If Apple approves a full or partial refund, the corresponding unused credits may be removed; if Apple reverses the refund, credits removed for that refund are restored.

Where an app presents a refund-data control and you explicitly enable it before buying, you consent to us sending Apple limited purchase fulfilment and credit-use information if you later request a refund. This may include whether the purchase was delivered, the percentage used and our preferred refund outcome. It never includes your photos or generated images, and Apple makes the final decision. Your content

Anything you create in an app stays yours. We claim no ownership of it. Where content is stored on your device or in your own iCloud account, keeping backups is your responsibility — we cannot recover data we never held.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue an app, and features may be added or removed over time. Apps depend on Apple's platforms and, in some cases, third-party services; we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer

Our apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law permits. Some apps present information — tide and solunar times, health-related counters, calculators and similar — for general use only. They are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and shouldn't be relied on where safety or money is at stake.

Liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of an app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
