Future Baby Generator AI — Pip privacy notice

The short version

• The app sends the two photos you select to Pocket Grove's generation service only after you see the data-sharing notice and choose Allow & Generate.
• Our service passes both photos to Google's paid Gemini API solely to create the image you requested. We do not use your photos to advertise to you, profile you, identify you, or train our own AI model.
• Our copies of the two input photos are deleted after the generation attempt finishes, fails or is cancelled. An automatic one-hour limit removes an input if processing cannot begin.
• The generated image is available on our service for download for no more than one hour, then deleted. Images saved in History remain only in the app's private storage on your iPhone until you delete them or remove the app.
• We do not sell these photos or generated images, and the app does not track you.

What the app processes

• Two photos you choose, including the faces and other visual information in those photos.
• Generation choices, such as the requested presentation, age or outfit option.
• The generated image returned for your request.
• Service records, including a random app installation identifier, an Apple-signed App Transaction identifier, job status, credit balance, timestamps, technical error codes and provider cost. Apple's opaque identifier is unique to this app and Apple Account; it lets us recognise the same entitlement after reinstalling or changing devices and prevents repeat welcome-credit grants. It does not reveal your Apple ID, name or email address. These records do not contain the image bytes or a biometric face template.
• Purchase information supplied by Apple, such as product and transaction identifiers. We never receive your payment-card details.

The app uses Apple's Photos picker. It receives only the photos you deliberately select, not unrestricted access to your photo library.

Before upload, Apple's Vision framework runs a temporary check on your iPhone to confirm that each selected photo contains one sufficiently clear face. The check produces a face count, bounding rectangle, confidence score and relative face size in memory. These temporary observations are not saved, sent to Pocket Grove or Google, used to identify anyone, or turned into a biometric or face-recognition template.

Who receives the photos and why

Your iPhone uploads the selected photos over HTTPS to a Pocket Grove service hosted in Germany. That service sends both photos and the generation instruction to Google's paid Gemini API to produce the requested result. Google is the AI processing provider and processes this information under the Gemini API Additional Terms and its applicable privacy and data-processing terms.

Google states that prompts and responses on paid Gemini API services are not used to improve its products. Google may nevertheless retain prompts, contextual information and outputs for up to 55 days for abuse monitoring, and authorised personnel may review material flagged for abuse. This provider-side period can outlast the copies on Pocket Grove's service. See Google's abuse-monitoring information and data-retention controls.

We do not send the selected photos or generated image to advertising, analytics, subscription-management or social-network services.

Your permission and control

Before the first upload, the app identifies Pocket Grove and Google as recipients, describes why both photos are sent, states the retention periods and requires you to choose Allow & Generate. Choosing Not Now sends no photo. The app also asks you to confirm that you have permission from every identifiable person whose photo you select.

You can reset your saved choice under Settings → Photo Data Sharing. Resetting means the app asks again before a future upload. It does not undo a generation that you already requested or shorten Google's abuse-monitoring period for information already sent.

Purchases and refund requests

Before buying image credits, you can explicitly consent to sharing limited purchase fulfilment information with Apple if you later ask Apple for a refund. When that consent is enabled for a transaction, we may tell Apple whether the credits were delivered and the percentage of that credit pack used for completed generation requests. We may also state whether we prefer a full, prorated or declined refund based on that usage. Apple makes the final refund decision.

This refund information contains Apple product and transaction identifiers, delivery status and credit-use totals. It does not contain either selected photo, a generated image, face observations or payment-card details. If you do not provide this consent, we do not respond to Apple's request for consumption information.

If Apple approves a full or partial refund, we use Apple's signed server notification to revoke the corresponding unused credits. If Apple later reverses that refund, we restore the credits that were removed. We retain these purchase, consent, usage and refund records as described below to prevent duplicate grants and refund abuse.

Retention and deletion

• Selected input photos on our service: deleted after the generation attempt, with a one-hour automatic maximum.
• Generated image on our service: deleted after download availability ends, with a one-hour automatic maximum.
• Google's Gemini API: subject to Google's abuse-monitoring period described above, currently up to 55 days.
• Images in app History: remain in the app's private on-device storage until you delete an item, clear History or remove the app.
• Service identity, purchase and credit records: retained as needed to validate purchases, enforce one welcome credit per Apple Account and app, prevent duplicate or abusive grants, handle refunds, keep accounting records and meet legal obligations.

To request deletion of service records associated with this installation, email [email protected]. We may ask for the app's support identifier so we can locate the correct record. Where law permits, we may retain the minimum App Transaction and grant record needed to prevent repeated free-credit or refund abuse. We cannot retrieve local History from your iPhone or erase provider material that is still within Google's independent security-retention period.

Important limits

• Only upload a photo when every identifiable person in it has agreed to this use and you have the right to share it.
• The app is for adults and is not intended for use by children. Do not upload a child's photo.
• Results are fictional entertainment. They are not a genetic, medical, fertility, pregnancy or identity prediction and should not be treated as one.

Security and international processing

Photo transfers use HTTPS. Access to the generation service and its storage is restricted using app and installation credentials. Google may process data outside the United Kingdom; where required, that transfer is governed by the safeguards in our provider agreements. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information and to object to processing. Under UK GDPR you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
