Foldpose privacy notice

Foldpose (formerly Duo Cam) is a camera app from Pocket Grove. It requires no account and contains no advertising, analytics, tracking SDK, app-operated cloud storage or app telemetry. We do not receive your camera frames, retained captures or on-device review results through the app.
This notice sits alongside our general privacy policy. Where they differ, this notice applies to Foldpose. The data controller is Cong Le, trading as Pocket Grove, in England & Wales.
Camera, microphone and local analysis
Camera access provides the preview and captures you request. Microphone access is optional for sound-enabled recording. Palm detection, subject tracking and optional review assistance process images on your device. Their analysis results are used for the requested feature and are not uploaded to us. The app does not perform face identification.
Captures and Photos
Captured photos, movies and related session settings are stored in the app's private local storage. Original captures are excluded from device backup and remain until you remove them. Saving to Photos creates a separate copy and leaves the local original in place. Removing a local capture does not delete its Photos copy.
Ordinary saving requests permission only to add to Photos. Optional Photos browsing, album destinations and verification of earlier saves request separate library access. You can restrict or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings. Downloading an iCloud-only item is an explicit action handled by Apple. Photos copies and their synchronization follow your Apple Photos and iCloud settings.
Save or export anything important before deleting the app. Deleting it removes its private local data; excluded originals cannot be recovered from a device backup through Foldpose.
Sharing and support
Sharing occurs only when you choose a system sharing action. The receiving app or service handles the exported content under its own policy. Temporary prepared sharing files are released after the sharing activity ends; an interruption may leave operating system temporary files until cleanup.
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Please include sensitive photographs only if needed and you choose to share them. Opening our support website is separate from using the camera app; the website's privacy policy applies to that visit. Apple may separately process operating system, App Store and Photos information under its policies.
TestFlight beta versions
If you use a TestFlight beta, Apple automatically collects crash logs and usage information and shares them with the app provider. If you send TestFlight feedback, Apple also shares that feedback, including screenshots you attach. Your name and email may be included depending on how you were invited. Your choices and contact
You control camera, microphone and Photos permissions in iOS Settings, and can remove local captures in the app. We hold no server copy of your captures to retrieve or delete.
